Shangshan Gold International Holdings Limited reported to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX) that there were no changes in its share capital structure for the month ended 31 July 2026.

• Issued share capital remained static at 511.88 million ordinary shares, with zero treasury shares on record.

• No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, converted, or cancelled during the period.

• The company confirmed full compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25%, indicating sufficient free float in the market.

• Shangshan Gold made no alterations to its authorised or registered share capital and affirmed that all regulatory and listing requirements have been met, as certified by its Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, on 4 August 2026.

The unchanged equity position underscores management’s current focus on capital stability, with no dilutionary actions or treasury-share movements recorded in July.
