Sanan Optoelectronics Co.,Ltd. (SSE: 600703) has announced that its controlling shareholder, Xiamen Sanan Electronics Co., Ltd., and indirect controlling shareholder, Fujian Sanan Group Co., Ltd., have had a bankruptcy restructuring application against them withdrawn. The creditor, Lin Suzhen, voluntarily retracted the petition previously filed with the Xiamen Intermediate People's Court in Fujian Province, which has officially approved the withdrawal. This development removes the immediate legal pressure surrounding the restructuring proceedings for both entities.

Despite the changes at the shareholder level, the company maintains full operational independence. Sanan Optoelectronics Co.,Ltd. operates with a distinct business structure, possessing autonomy across its operations, personnel, organizational framework, assets, and financial systems, separate from its controlling shareholders. The company's production and management activities continue to function normally without disruption.

This legal resolution clarifies the position of the parent companies, while the listed entity itself remains unaffected in its day-to-day business. Investors can note that the company's independent operational capabilities remain intact, ensuring business continuity throughout this corporate governance event.
