Many local businesses voiced a strong desire for professional guidance to overcome bottlenecks in live-stream operations, traffic conversion, and content creation, aiming to carve out a new pathway for online marketing. The research revealed that while these private-sector firms possess solid foundations in the real economy, they commonly struggle with limited e-commerce operational experience, unclear strategies for building live-stream rooms, weak capabilities in driving traffic through short videos, and a lack of proficiency in leveraging data analytics for performance reviews. As a result, they hold high-quality products but find it difficult to expand market reach through digital channels.
Where businesses express needs, the Federation responds with action. Leveraging its role as a bridge between the government and the private sector, the Municipal Federation coordinated resources and shifted service efforts toward the grassroots level. It guided the Faku County Federation in organizing a hands-on, results-oriented e-commerce live-stream training program. Industry experts were invited to deliver practical, actionable insights, bringing digital commerce know-how directly to business owners to address their challenges and drive improved performance.
Designed with the realities of small and micro enterprises in mind, the training kept pace with digital economy trends, deliberately moving beyond abstract theory to emphasize practical application.
