NIO delivered 35,836 vehicles in August, up 14.5% year-over-year, a sharp slowdown from the 57.9% cumulative year-to-date growth through the same period.
By brand, NIO delivered 21,174 units, ONVO 8,810 units, and Firefly 5,852 units. While the ES8 reached a milestone of 140,000 cumulative deliveries in 335 days and the ES9 hit 20,000 units in 73 days, the single-month growth rate suggests fading momentum.
NIO-SW extended its losses to 8%, while its U.S.‑traded shares fell more than 7% in overnight trade.
