TOUYUN BIOTECH (01332) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The group recorded revenue from the sale of goods and services of HK$71.95 million, representing a decrease of 21.74% compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to the company's owners was HK$26.8 million, a significant turnaround from a loss of HK$88.11 million in the same period last year. Earnings per share were HK$0.0095. According to the announcement, the improvement in annual profit was primarily due to a substantial gain from the fair value of financial assets not held for trading that are measured at fair value through profit or loss.
