Hopson Development Holdings Limited announced on 5 June 2026 that its latest Circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form are now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEX website and the company’s own site. Printed copies have been mailed to shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy communications.
In line with the paperless listing regime under Listing Rule 2.07A, the developer confirmed it has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate documents. Key implementation details include:
• Website distribution: All corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be posted online in lieu of printed versions. A notice of each publication will be sent by email or post as required by the company’s Bye-laws.
• Actionable communications: Documents requiring shareholder instructions (e.g., proxy forms) will be emailed individually. If no functional email address is on record, printed versions will be dispatched together with a request form to capture a valid email address.
• Compliance safeguard: Delivery is deemed successful provided no “non-delivery” message is received at the email address supplied by the shareholder.
To facilitate the transition, shareholders are encouraged to supply or update their email details by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Until a valid email is registered, affected investors will continue to receive printed actionable documents by post.
Shareholders preferring hard-copy communications may elect to do so, free of charge, by emailing hopson.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to Computershare. Such preferences remain valid for up to one year unless revoked or superseded.
Enquiries regarding the new arrangements can be directed to the share registrar at the same email address.
