C&D Int’l Group Maintains Stable Share Base and Satisfies Public-Float Requirement in March 2026 Return

For the month ended 31 March 2026, C&D International Investment Group Limited filed its monthly return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing, confirming no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital.

The authorised share capital stood unchanged at 3.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, amounting to HKD 300.00 million. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) also remained steady at 2.24 billion, with no treasury shares held.

The company affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25%, indicating that at least one quarter of its issued shares continue to be held by public shareholders.

No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or cancelled during the period, and there were no share repurchases or other movements affecting the capital structure.
