China Smarter Energy Group Holdings Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on 30 March 2026 in Hong Kong to consider and approve the consolidated annual results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Additional related matters may also be transacted during the session.
The board currently comprises three executive directors—Chairman Chen Xiaxuan, Bo Dateng and Yue Lu—alongside three independent non-executive directors: Pun Hau Man, Lo Ka Ki and Choi Pun Lap.
