C&D International Group (01908) has announced a boardroom change. The company received a formal resignation letter from Ms. Zhao Chengmin, who will step down as an executive director and a member of the nomination committee due to retirement, effective from August 7, 2026.
Effective from the same date, current non-executive director Ms. Ye Yanliu has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee.
