China NT Pharma Group Company Limited (NT Pharma) released a supplemental announcement on 15 May 2026 detailing the conclusion of judicial procedures involving Executive Director and Chairman Mr. Ng Tit.
Jiangsu Tailing Investment Co., Ltd., a former NT Pharma subsidiary, received a consumption restriction order on 21 June 2023 from the People’s Court of Suzhou Industrial Park over a financial loan contract dispute with China Merchants Bank Suzhou Branch. The dispute stemmed from a civil mediation dated 2022 that involved a principal loan of RMB119.00 million, secured by a mortgage on property owned by another Group subsidiary, Suzhou First Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
Subsequent court decisions redirected enforcement actions into bankruptcy reorganisation proceedings for Suzhou First Pharmaceutical. On 27 April 2023, the court formally accepted the restructuring application. NT Pharma’s PRC legal adviser confirmed that China Merchants Bank, as the secured creditor, has received full repayment of the RMB119.00 million through priority satisfaction of the collateral, resulting in the loan’s complete settlement and the consolidation of enforcement proceedings into the reorganisation process.
Mr. Ng was subject to consumption restrictions solely in his capacity as the legal representative of the involved subsidiary. The company emphasised that no personal misconduct or financial impropriety was involved.
NT Pharma concluded that these matters are not expected to materially affect the Group’s daily operations, financial position, or Mr. Ng’s ability to fulfil director responsibilities.
