MOBI DEV Keeps Share Base Unchanged at 796.85 Million in August; Confirms Public-Float Compliance

MOBI Development Co., Ltd. (MOBI DEV) reported no changes to its capital structure for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX).

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.000001, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD 2,000. Issued shares stood steady at 796.85 million, with no treasury shares on the balance sheet. No share issuances, repurchases, cancellations, or treasury share transactions occurred during the month.

MOBI DEV confirmed that it continues to meet the HKEX minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent of issued shares, with the entire share count classified as fully paid, identical ordinary shares. The filing also states that there were no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements that could lead to additional share issuance.

All statutory and listing-rule obligations were affirmed by Company Secretary Mr. Lau Wing, who submitted the return on 1 September 2026.
