NT PHARMA Appoints Zhongzheng Tianheng as New Auditor

The board of NT PHARMA (01011) has announced a resolution concerning the appointment of its new auditor.
Following a recommendation from the company's audit committee, the board has decided to appoint Zhongzheng Tianheng Certified Public Accountants Limited as the new auditor for the company.
This appointment is to fill the casual vacancy created by the retirement of the former auditor, Dahua Ma Shiyun.
The appointment will become effective from the date it is approved by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting.
The tenure of Zhongzheng Tianheng will last until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
