On August 31, Haidilao announced the initiation of its 2026 university scholarship distribution for employees' children. The company revealed that this year's first batch of scholarships will cover 693 employees' children, with each recipient receiving 8,800 yuan, amounting to a total of over 6 million yuan. Notably, for employee families with two children entering university this year, Haidilao will provide double scholarships.

This marks the seventh consecutive year that Haidilao has distributed university scholarships to employees' children. From 2020 to 2025, the company has already cumulatively issued scholarships exceeding 18 million yuan. With the addition of this first batch of distributions, the cumulative total has reached nearly 25 million yuan.

Beyond children's education, Haidilao also supports employees' families at various life stages through multiple policies, including the "Parent-Child Companion Plan" and the "Homecoming Plan."
