Brightstar Tech Announces New Independent Non-Executive Directors

BRIGHTSTAR TECH (ASX: 08446) has announced board changes effective June 18, 2026.

Ms. Jiang Yu'e and Mr. Chen Zhipeng have resigned from their positions as independent non-executive directors to focus on other personal commitments.

Following their resignations, Ms. Lu Xiaoying and Ms. Su Xiaoting have been appointed as independent non-executive directors, also effective from June 18, 2026.

Consequently, from that date, Ms. Jiang will no longer serve as the chairperson of the company's remuneration committee or as a member of the audit and nomination committees. Mr. Chen will also cease to be a member of the remuneration, audit, and nomination committees.

Ms. Lu has been appointed as the chairperson of the remuneration committee and as a member of both the audit and nomination committees. Ms. Su has been appointed as a member of the remuneration, audit, and nomination committees.
