Sino-Ocean Service Introduces Shareholder Choice on Digital Delivery of Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
Apr 27

Sino-Ocean Service Holding Limited announced a new arrangement allowing registered shareholders to select how they wish to receive all future corporate communications.

Shareholders may opt for: 1. Electronic Option – read documents on the company website and receive email notifications plus actionable documents in electronic form. 2. Printed English version only. 3. Printed Chinese version only. 4. Both printed English and Chinese versions.

To encourage environmental protection, the board recommends the Electronic Option. Shareholders choosing this route must provide a functional email address via the enclosed reply form, which can be returned by post or email to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited.

Key timeline: • Reply deadline: 27 May 2026. • If no response is received by the deadline, the shareholder will be deemed to have elected the Electronic Option and will thereafter receive printed notices of publication and printed actionable communications by post.

Shareholders may change their selection at any time by notifying the registrar in writing or via email. Printed copies of corporate communications remain available on request, and both English and Chinese online versions will be posted on the company’s and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s websites.
