Chi Ho Development Releases 2026 Annual Report and AGM Circular; Shareholders Invited to Access Documents Online or Request Printed Copies

Chi Ho Development Holdings Limited has announced the official publication of its 2026 Annual Report and the Circular for the 2026 Annual General Meeting. Both the English and Chinese versions are now available on the company’s website (www.chdev.com.hk) and on the HKEX news platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to view the documents online. Those who encounter difficulties accessing the electronic versions—or who prefer printed copies—may complete and sign the accompanying Request Form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, using the pre-paid mailing label or via email at 8423-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon receipt of the request.

Shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically should provide functional email addresses to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a valid email address is supplied, notices of publication will only be sent in hard copy.
