Hong Kong—Bonjour Holdings Limited confirmed that its share capital structure remained unchanged in August 2026, according to the company’s Monthly Return for Equity Issuer filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

• Authorised Share Capital The group’s authorised share capital closed the month at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. No increase or decrease was recorded during the period.

• Issued and Treasury Shares Issued shares stood at 1.87 billion, unchanged from the previous month. The company held no treasury shares, leaving total issued shares unchanged at 1.87 billion.

• Public Float Compliance Bonjour Holdings affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as at 31 August 2026.

• Share Option Scheme Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 24 May 2019, 17.06 million options were outstanding at month-end. No options were exercised or cancelled, and no new shares were issued pursuant to option exercises during August.

• Absence of Other Dilutive Instruments The filing shows no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements that could lead to additional share issuance, and no other movements in share capital were reported.
