Finsoft Records Stable Share Capital and Maintains Adequate Public Float in August 2026

Finsoft Financial Investment Holdings Limited filed its monthly return for equity issuers with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming no changes in its share capital structure during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at HKD 100.00 million, representing 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.05 each. Issued share capital was unchanged at 504.23 million ordinary shares, and Finsoft held no treasury shares.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or outstanding during the period. Consequently, there were no additional share issuances, repurchases, or cancellations to report.

Finsoft affirmed that its public float comfortably met the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25 percent requirement as of 31 August 2026. The company also confirmed compliance with all relevant listing rules and regulatory obligations, as attested by Company Secretary Yu Kwan Nam Gabriel in the submission dated 1 September 2026.
