Zylox-Tonbridge Executes HK$1.13 Million Share Buyback, Lifts Treasury Shares to 12.94 Million

Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. disclosed a repurchase of 53,000 H shares on 31 August 2026, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The on-market buyback was conducted within a price range of HK$21.06–21.82 per share, resulting in an aggregate consideration of HK$1.13 million and a volume-weighted average price of RMB21.28 per share. The transaction represents 0.016% of the company’s outstanding shares (excluding treasury shares) prior to the repurchase.

Post-transaction, Zylox-Tonbridge’s share count stands at 323.41 million issued shares (excluding treasury shares), down from 323.46 million, while treasury shares have increased to 12.94 million. The total issued share capital remains unchanged at 336.35 million shares.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved by shareholders on 13 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 32.72 million shares. Inclusive of the latest transaction, Zylox-Tonbridge has repurchased 4.04 million shares, equating to 1.21% of the issued share base on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, the company confirmed full compliance with all applicable rules and stated that a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares will remain in force until 30 September 2026.
