FULLSHARE (00607) has announced its interim results for 2026, revealing a company equity holder attributable loss of RMB 247 million, which represents a 66.8% increase compared to the same period last year.

According to the announcement, the company generated revenue of RMB 7.86 billion during the review period, marking a 23.4% year-on-year decrease. The basic loss per share stood at RMB 0.388.

Management attributed the reported loss to several key factors. These include the non-recurring nature of a one-off gain from subsidiary disposals recorded in the corresponding period of 2025, an increase in net impairment loss provisions recognized on financial assets and financial guarantee contracts, as well as fair value losses on investment properties recognized during the current review period.
