NT Pharma reports retirement of Moore CPA as auditor after AGM vote

China NT Pharma Group Company Limited (NT Pharma) disclosed that Moore CPA Limited retired as the Group’s external auditor with effect from the close of the 4 June 2026 annual general meeting (AGM), after shareholders voted against Moore’s re-appointment.

The Board stated that Moore CPA confirmed in writing it has no matters to bring to the attention of shareholders regarding its retirement. Both the Board and the Audit Committee confirmed there are no unresolved issues between the Group and the outgoing auditor.

NT Pharma is initiating a selection process to fill the audit vacancy and will issue a further announcement upon appointment of a new auditor, in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.51(4).

The announcement was authorised by Chairman Ng Tit and dated 11 June 2026.
