Singapore Telecommunications Limited announced the completion of its previously disclosed acquisition of STT GDC Pte. Ltd. on Aug, 31 2026.
The transaction was executed through Opal Bidco Pte. Ltd., which is now the sole shareholder of STT GDC. Opal Bidco is indirectly owned 25% by Singtel’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Singtel Interactive Pte. Ltd., and 75% by KKR Opal Topco LP, a fund managed by affiliates of KKR.
The acquisition follows the sale and purchase agreement signed on Feb, 4 2026 with STT Communications Ltd., and became effective after the fulfilment of regulatory and other closing conditions.
