Market Alert: U.S. Stock Markets Shut for Labor Day on September 7

U.S. equity markets will be closed on Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day, with trading resuming as usual on Tuesday, September 8. Investors should plan accordingly for the scheduled halt in activity.

In adjusted trading hours, Intercontinental Exchange will see Brent crude oil futures conclude early at 1:30 a.m. Beijing time on September 8. Meanwhile, CME Group Inc will end precious metals and U.S. crude oil futures trading early at 2:30 a.m. Beijing time on the same date, while stock index futures will wrap up at 1:00 a.m. Beijing time.

These modifications reflect the holiday schedule, so market participants are advised to review their positions and adjust strategies ahead of the reduced session times.
