C&D INTL GROUP Subsidiary Repays RMB 2 Billion in Principal and Accrued Interest

C&D INTL Group (01908) announced details regarding the first and second phase renewable loan agreements entered into by the company, Yi Yue (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), and C&D Real Estate (the controlling shareholder of the company). Immediately prior to the date of this announcement, the outstanding principal balance of the first phase renewable loan provided by C&D Real Estate to Yi Yue under the first phase renewable loan agreement was RMB 7 billion, and the outstanding principal balance of the second phase renewable loan provided by C&D Real Estate to Yi Yue under the second phase renewable loan agreement was RMB 5 billion. Pursuant to the amended redemption mechanism, Yi Yue completed the repayment to C&D Real Estate of a partial principal amount of RMB 2 billion and the corresponding interest due under the first phase renewable loan agreement on March 23, 2026. Following the completion of the aforementioned redemption, the outstanding principal balance of the first phase renewable loan provided by C&D Real Estate to Yi Yue under the first phase renewable loan agreement is RMB 5 billion, and the outstanding principal balance of the second phase renewable loan provided by C&D Real Estate to Yi Yue under the second phase renewable loan agreement remains RMB 5 billion.
