STAR CM Executes HKD 12,552 Share Buyback, Marginally Trimming Issued Float

STAR CM Holdings Limited disclosed a repurchase of 15,000 ordinary shares on 28 August 2026, executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 0.805 and HKD 0.83 per share. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HKD 0.8292, bringing total cash outlay to approximately HKD 12,552.08.

Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) slipped by 0.0038 % to 397.54 million, while treasury shares increased to 998,300. The company’s total issued share capital remains 398.54 million shares.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 18 June 2026, which authorises STAR CM to repurchase up to 39.85 million shares. Including the latest deal, 931,000 shares have been bought back under this mandate, equivalent to 0.2336 % of the share count at the mandate date.

Under Main Board Rule 10.06, STAR CM is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals, effective through 27 September 2026. All regulatory confirmations were provided by Chairman and CEO Tian Ming in the filing.
