China Shengmu-PF (01432) has announced that its public float currently stands at approximately 12.87%, which remains below the minimum threshold required under Listing Rule 13.32B.

As the public float has stayed below 15% and the market value of shares held by the public is under HK$500 million, the company is considered to have a serious shortfall in public float, as defined under Listing Rule 13.32F.

Modern Dairy Holdings has been evaluating measures to restore the public float, including but not limited to disposing of shares through market and non-market channels, and it is anticipated that by the end of June 2027, the company's public float will be brought back into compliance with Listing Rule 13.32B.
