Sunho Biologics, Inc. (SUNHO BIO-B) has issued an inside information announcement indicating that the publication of its 2026 interim results and interim report is expected to be delayed and that trading in its shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong will stay suspended.

The Hong Kong-listed biotech firm is required under Listing Rule 13.49(6) to release its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 by 31 August 2026, and under Listing Rule 13.48(1) to dispatch its interim report by 30 September 2026. However, as the company has yet to publish its 2025 annual results, management has cautioned that both the interim results and the associated report will be postponed beyond their respective deadlines. The board has not set a date for the meeting to approve the 2026 interim results.

Trading in Sunho’s shares has been halted since 09:00 a.m. on 1 April 2026 and will remain suspended until all resumption guidance from the Stock Exchange is met, the underlying issues causing the suspension are rectified, and full compliance with Listing Rules is achieved.

The company will release further announcements once it can confirm the board meeting date, the publication timing of the 2026 interim results, and the dispatch schedule for the interim report. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in Sunho’s securities.
