Centurion issues 200 million Singapore dollars sustainability notes under debt programme

Centurion Corporation Limited announced the issuance of 200 million Singapore dollars in 5-year fixed rate sustainability notes due 2031 under its 750 million Singapore dollars multicurrency debt issuance programme.

The Series 008 notes bear a fixed coupon of 4.00% per annum, payable semi-annually, and will mature on Sep, 1 2031 unless redeemed earlier.

Net proceeds will be used to fund, finance or refinance eligible green and social projects in line with the company’s Sustainability Financing Framework established in Aug, 2026.

DBS Bank Ltd. acted as sole lead manager, bookrunner and sustainable finance advisor. The notes have received in-principle approval for listing on the Singapore Exchange and are expected to begin trading on or about Sep, 2 2026 under the SGX Sustainable Fixed Income initiative.
