United Overseas Bank prices €500 million covered bonds due 2028

United Overseas Bank Limited announced on Aug, 27 2026 that it has priced €500 million of 3.118% fixed-rate covered bonds, the eighteenth series under its US$15 billion Global Covered Bond Programme.

The bonds, guaranteed by Glacier Eighty Pte. Ltd. and secured on a portfolio of loans, are expected to be rated Aaa by Moody’s Investors Service and AAA by Standard & Poor’s.

They are scheduled to be issued on Sep, 08 2026 and will mature on Sep, 08 2028. Joint lead managers and bookrunners are United Overseas Bank, Bank of Montreal (London Branch), BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, DZ Bank and Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore), with Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale acting as co-manager.

An application will be made to list the bonds on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, but listing approval has not yet been obtained.
