AV Concept Holdings Limited disclosed on 1 September 2026 that it repurchased 678,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the same date. The on-market transactions were executed within a price range of HKD 1.395–1.43, at a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 1.4171 per share, resulting in a total cash outlay of approximately HKD 0.96 million.
Following the buyback, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.079 % to 857.50 million shares, while treasury shares rose to 17.50 million. The aggregate number of issued shares remains unchanged at 875.00 million.
The latest transaction forms part of the share-repurchase mandate approved on 5 September 2025, which authorises the company to reacquire up to 90.87 million shares. To date, 51.16 million shares—equivalent to 5.63 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date—have been bought back under this authority.
In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, AV Concept is now subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 1 October 2026.
