GOLDWIND Reports Steady Share Capital and Confirms Public Float Compliance for August 2026

Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (GOLDWIND) has disclosed in its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited that there were no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 31 August 2026.

The company’s authorised and registered share capital stood unchanged at RMB 4.22 billion, divided into 773.57 million H shares and 3.45 billion A shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.

Issued share data also remained stable: • H shares: 770.13 million outstanding, with 3.44 million held as treasury shares. • A shares: 3.45 billion outstanding, with no treasury shares.

Goldwind confirmed that its H share public float continued to meet the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 5% requirement as of 31 August 2026.

The filing reported no activity in share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments, and there were no share repurchases, cancellations, or new issuances during the period.

The monthly return was submitted on 1 September 2026 by Vice President and Board Secretary Ma Jinru.
