Shanghai Suiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. announced on September 3rd the preliminary offline allotment results and online lottery draw results for its initial public offering on the Science and Technology Innovation Board (STAR Market).

The offering was priced at 142.18 yuan per share, with a total of 43,035,173 shares issued, representing an offering scale of 6.119 billion yuan.

The final strategic placement amounted to 8,607,034 shares, accounting for approximately 20.00% of the total offering. Subscription funds from strategic investors have been fully received, and the initial and final strategic placement figures are consistent, eliminating the need for a downward reallocation to offline investors.

Due to the preliminary online effective subscription multiple of approximately 6,109.34 times, which exceeded 100 times, the issuer and joint lead underwriters activated the reallocation mechanism, transferring 3,443,000 shares from offline to online channels.

Following this adjustment, the final online offering reached 10,328,500 shares, with a final online lottery winning rate of 0.02455315%. Offline subscription concluded on September 2nd (T-day), with all 11,272 valid price-quoted accounts managed by 291 offline investors completing their subscriptions, representing an effective offline subscription volume of 72.795 billion shares.

After the reallocation, the final offline offering amounted to 24,099,639 shares, representing 70.00% of the offering after deducting the final strategic placement.

On September 3rd (T+1 day), the issuer and joint lead underwriters conducted the online lottery draw ceremony at the Shanghai Securities Tower, with the process and results notarized by the Shanghai Oriental Notary Public Office. A total of 20,657 winning numbers were drawn, with each winning number entitled to purchase 500 shares of Suiyuan Technology A-shares.

Among strategic placement investors, the sponsor's affiliated subsidiary CITIC Securities Investment Co., Ltd. received 860,703 shares, accounting for 2.00% of the offering, subject to a 24-month lock-up period. The CITIC Securities Asset Management Suiyuan Technology Employee STAR Market Strategic Placement No. 1 Collective Asset Management Plan received 2,368,124 shares, representing 5.50%, with a 36-month lock-up period.

ZTE Corporation and Tongfu Microelectronics Co., Ltd. each received 562,667 shares, representing 1.31% each, with a 12-month lock-up period. The National Council for Social Security Fund received 492,332 shares, accounting for 1.14%, also subject to a 12-month lock-up period.

Given that the issuer has not yet achieved profitability and the offering size falls within the range of 1 billion yuan to 10 billion yuan, the applicable lock-up ratio requirement is no less than 40%. The overall lock-up ratio for the offline offering is approximately 68.58%.

Offline allocated investors and online winning investors are required to fulfill their payment obligations on September 4th (T+2 day), with offline funds due by 16:00 that day. Online investors whose accounts have insufficient funds at the end of the day will have the shortfall treated as a waiver of subscription.
