Beauty Farm Medical Repurchases 30,000 Shares, Lifts Treasury Stock to 1.40% of Issued Capital

Beauty Farm Medical and Health Industry Inc. disclosed a share buy-back on 31 August 2026, purchasing 30,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 19.09 per share. The transaction cost HKD 0.57 million and represents 0.0121% of the company’s outstanding shares before the repurchase.

Following the deal, treasury shares increased to 3.53 million, equivalent to 1.40% of the 251.59 million total issued shares. The number of shares in public hands (excluding treasury shares) now stands at 248.06 million.

The buy-back was executed under the mandate approved on 26 June 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 24.85 million shares—10.00% of the outstanding share count at the time of approval. To date, Beauty Farm Medical has repurchased 459,500 shares under this mandate, utilising 0.18% of the authorised limit.

A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or further treasury share disposals is in effect until 30 September 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing rules.
