Hidili Industry International Development Limited (Hidili Industry) has issued supplemental information to its 27 May 2026 circular, confirming the Board’s intention to re-appoint ZHONGHUI ANDA CPA Limited as external auditor until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.

ZHONGHUI ANDA audited the Group’s consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025, and its current term will expire at the forthcoming AGM. For the 2026 financial year, Hidili Industry estimates the audit fee will range between RMB2.70 million and RMB3.00 million. The figure was set after considering historical fees, business scale and complexity, audit scope, timetable, and required resources.

Shareholders are expected to vote on the re-appointment and the authorisation for the Board to finalise the auditor’s remuneration at the upcoming AGM.
