Central China Management Sees First-Half Loss on Weak Property Market

Central China Management Company Limited (09982) has reported its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, revealing a significant shift to a loss position.
The company recorded revenue of RMB 61.683 million (in RMB), marking a substantial decline of 55.82% compared to the same period last year. The loss attributable to equity shareholders stood at RMB 27.619 million, reversing a profit from the prior year, with a loss per share of RMB 0.71 cent.
According to the official announcement, the revenue decrease is primarily attributed to the continued downturn in the domestic real estate market.
