ZJ Innolight Repurchases 374,100 A-Shares for RMB 318.40 Million, Reducing Outstanding Shares by 0.034%

On 1 September 2026, ZJ Innolight Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen: 300308; HK: 03308) executed an on-market buyback of 374,100 A-shares on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from RMB 838.16 to RMB 870.00 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of RMB 851.12. The transaction resulted in a total cash outflow of approximately RMB 318.40 million.

Following the repurchase, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined from 1.115 billion to 1.115 billion shares, reflecting a 0.034% reduction. The repurchased shares have been classified as treasury stock; no cancellation has yet been effected.

Management confirmed that the buyback was duly authorized by the board and executed in compliance with the relevant requirements of both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board Rules and Shenzhen Stock Exchange regulations.
