China NT Pharma Group Company Limited (NT Pharma) disclosed a senior management reshuffle effective 31 August 2026. Company Secretary and Authorised Representative Ms. Li Yifang has resigned from her roles, which also included serving as the firm’s Hong Kong Process Agent. According to the board, Ms. Li departed without disagreements and completed all handover procedures.

Concurrently, the board appointed Mr. Wong Chi Keung as Company Secretary, Authorised Representative and Process Agent. Mr. Wong, a practising member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, brings more than 16 years of experience in finance, auditing and corporate compliance. He is currently a director of two Hong Kong CPA firms and serves as joint company secretary of Canggang Railway Limited. His background includes over seven years with two international accounting firms and extensive work in corporate governance and regulatory affairs.

The board, chaired by Mr. Ng Tit, expressed gratitude to Ms. Li for her service and extended a formal welcome to Mr. Wong. As at the date of the announcement, NT Pharma’s board comprises two executive directors, three non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
