8月31日上午，国际贵金属市场遭遇快速抛售压力。
现货黄金价格一度跌破4400美元/盎司关口，这是自8月19日以来的首次，盘中跌幅达到1.29%。与此同时，现货白银价格也向下击穿66美元/盎司的重要支撑位。
在跌破4400美元/盎司后，现货黄金短线迅速反弹近30美元，最新报价回升至4425.07美元/盎司附近。
消息面上，美联储主席沃什发表"鹰派"讲话后，美债市场出现猛烈抛售潮。对美联储利率政策最为敏感的两年期美债收益率大幅飙升，创下一个月以来的新高水平。
根据利率期货市场的定价显示，美联储在9月份实施加息的概率已从此前的约35%急剧攀升至约60%左右。
据市场测算，若以讲话后两年期美债收益率的即时升幅作为衡量标准，沃什此次讲话的鹰派程度可能是2009年以来之最，其市场冲击力甚至超过了美联储前任主席鲍威尔在2022年和2023年杰克逊霍尔年会上的讲话。
