ZJ INNOLIGHT Plans Share Buyback of 4 Billion to 8 Billion Yuan

ZJ INNOLIGHT announced a share repurchase plan funded by its own capital or raised funds, with a total repurchase amount ranging from no less than 4 billion yuan to no more than 8 billion yuan, and a maximum repurchase price of 1,200 yuan per share. Based on the upper limit of the repurchase amount, the company expects to repurchase approximately 6.67 million shares, accounting for 0.57% of its total share capital. The repurchased shares will be used for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentive programs; any unused portion will be legally cancelled if not fully utilized within the specified period. The repurchase period will not exceed 12 months from the date of board approval.
