REPT BATTERO (00666) has announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, posting a significant financial turnaround. The group achieved revenue of RMB14.916 billion, marking a 57.2% year-on-year increase, while gross profit surged 138.8% to RMB1.98 billion.
Profit attributable to owners of the parent company reached RMB704 million, successfully reversing the loss recorded in the corresponding period last year. Basic earnings per share stood at RMB0.30. As of the end of the reporting period, the group's total assets amounted to RMB57.052 billion, reflecting a 22.8% growth compared to the end of the previous year, while net assets increased by 10.1% to RMB13.059 billion.
During the reporting period, the group sold a total of 42.7GWh of lithium battery products, up 31.8% from the same period last year. This included 27.2GWh of energy storage batteries, representing a year-on-year growth of approximately 43.9%, and 15.5GWh of power batteries, an increase of about 14.8% year-on-year. By the end of the reporting period, the group's total designed production capacity had reached 100GWh.
During the period, the company's market position continued to strengthen through the establishment of a tri-pillar business matrix encompassing energy storage, passenger vehicles, and commercial vehicles. According to SNE Research data, during the first half of 2026, the group ranked sixth globally in terms of energy storage battery shipments, first globally in user-side energy storage battery shipments, and second globally in commercial and industrial energy storage battery shipments. Furthermore, according to statistics from the China Automotive Power Battery Industry Innovation Alliance, during the first half of 2026, the group ranked sixth in domestic power battery installation volume, seventh in new energy pure electric passenger vehicle installation volume, and sixth in new energy commercial vehicle installation volume.
