Bulletin Express
Apr 22

Alphamab Oncology (ALPHAMAB-B) has obtained a three-year waiver from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, allowing the appointment of Jiang Rui as joint company secretary effective 8 April 2026 despite her not yet meeting the academic, professional or experience requirements under Listing Rules 3.28 and 8.17.

During the waiver period, Jiang Rui must be assisted by Ms. Chan Lok Yee, who satisfies the qualification criteria. The waiver may be revoked if material breaches of the Listing Rules occur. Before the waiver expires, Alphamab must demonstrate that Jiang Rui has gained sufficient experience to independently discharge company-secretary duties, otherwise further approval will be required.

The waiver applies solely to Jiang Rui’s appointment and can be withdrawn or varied should the company’s circumstances change. The board currently comprises Chairman and Executive Director Dr. Xu Ting, Executive Director Liu Yang, Non-Executive Director Cho Man, and Independent Non-Executive Directors Wu Dong, Wong Yan Ki Angel and Gao Xiang.
