EXCELLENCE CM Reports Interim Results: Net Profit Attributable to Shareholders Drops 19.78% to RMB 118 Million

EXCELLENCE CM (06989) has announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group recorded revenue of RMB 2.1 billion, an increase of 5.2% year-on-year, while profit attributable to equity shareholders of the company stood at RMB 118 million, representing a decrease of 19.78% compared to the same period last year. Basic earnings per share were RMB 9.66 cents.

During the first half of 2026, the company's third-party business achieved high-quality growth. Leveraging its "1+1+X" strategy, the company deepened its presence in the Greater Bay Area and the Yangtze River Delta, its two core advantageous regions, while strategically focusing on first-tier, new first-tier, and other high-value cities to achieve balanced development across key regions nationwide.

In terms of managed area, first-tier and new first-tier cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Hangzhou, and Chongqing, accounted for 75.3% of the total. The Greater Bay Area and the Yangtze River Delta, the two core economic zones, represented 69.6%. During the reporting period, the group's contracted area reached approximately 89.1 million square meters, an increase of about 8.0% year-on-year. The managed area totaled approximately 83.09 million square meters, up about 11.9% from the same period in 2025, with third-party managed property area accounting for 65.1% of the total.
