Shanghai Longcheer Technology Co., Ltd. (LONGCHEER) disclosed that on 31 August 2026 it bought back 211,300 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 22.78 to HKD 23.16, resulting in a volume-weighted cash outlay of HKD 4.87 million.
Following the transaction, LONGCHEER’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell from 52.26 million to 52.05 million, representing a 0.40% reduction. The repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock, lifting the company’s treasury share balance to 211,300 shares, while the total issued share count remains 52.26 million.
The buyback was executed under the general mandate approved on 8 May 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 5.23 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 211,300 shares, equivalent to 0.40% of the outstanding shares at the mandate date, leaving significant capacity for further action.
In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, LONGCHEER is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 30 September 2026. No repurchased shares have been cancelled to date, and the company affirmed that all regulatory requirements related to the transaction were satisfied.
