Denza, a premium sub-brand under Byd Company Limited, has officially begun rolling out the V1.1.0 over-the-air (OTA) update for the N9 Flash Charge Edition today. The latest software iteration introduces new 'Smart Automotive-Home Connectivity' partners, including Hisense and TCL, while also delivering enhancements to the vehicle's built-in sentinel mode for improved security monitoring.

The update expands the ecosystem of the N9 Flash Charge Edition, allowing drivers to seamlessly control compatible smart home devices directly from the vehicle's interface. This integration marks a step forward in creating a more unified and convenient digital lifestyle, bridging the gap between the car and the home environment. The upgraded sentinel mode is designed to provide more comprehensive surveillance and alert functions when the vehicle is parked, offering owners greater peace of mind.

For context, the Denza N9 Flash Charge Edition first entered the market in May of this year, offered in three distinct trim levels with a starting price of 409,800 RMB. A key highlight of this model is its adoption of the second-generation Blade Battery technology, which delivers a CLTC-rated pure electric range of 420 kilometers and an impressive combined range of 1,520 kilometers. Furthermore, the vehicle leverages advanced 'Yi San Fang' tri-motor independent drive technology alongside the 'Yi San Fang VMC' whole-vehicle motion control system, enabling features such as extreme steering, a 'compass' turn mode for ultra-tight U-turns, and intelligent crab-walk lateral driving.
