Among the more prominent blue-chip and large-cap stocks achieving 52-week highs were TCL Electronics Holdings Ltd (01070), which climbed 1.92% to close at HK$17.20, and Bank of East Asia Ltd (00023), which gained 1.66% to finish at HK$18.80. On the 52-week low side, Delife Environmental (01790) led the declines with a dramatic 31.51% drop, followed by Henrylyle Holdings Ltd (03638) which fell 14.70%, and Keep Inc (03650) which retreated 14.55%. Other significant decliners included Canbridge Pharmaceuticals Inc (02487) down 12.57%, New Quality Digital (02322) losing 11.48%, and NIO Inc (09866) which dropped 10.13% to create a new 52-week low.
Property and real estate names were well represented among the new lows. Yuexiu Property Co Ltd (00123) fell 8.64%, Poly Property Services Co Ltd (00119) declined 4.78%, Greentown China Holdings Ltd (03900) slipped 3.77%, and R&F Properties Co Ltd (02777) dropped 2.62%. Shimao Group Holdings Ltd (00813) also fell 1.79%.
Several major Chinese carriers and energy companies also hit fresh 52-week lows. Air China Ltd (00753) declined 1.33%, China Southern Airlines Co Ltd (01055) fell 0.97%, and China Eastern Airlines Corp Ltd (00670) retreated 1.66%. In the power sector, China Datang Corp Renewable Power Co Ltd (01798) lost 0.91%, while Sichuan Energy Investment Development (01713) slipped 0.57%.
Consumer and retail names also featured prominently. China Resources Beer Holdings Co Ltd (00291) fell 0.71%, Budweiser Brewing Co APAC Ltd (01876) declined 0.42%, and Miniso Group Holding Ltd (09896) dropped 0.77%. Gome Finance Technology Co Ltd (00480), Baidu Inc (09888) through its SW listing, and Shenzhou International Group Holdings Ltd (02313) also registered 52-week lows, with Shenzhou falling 0.17% to close at HK$36.56.
In the healthcare sector, several biotech and pharmaceutical companies made new lows. Tong Ren Tang Technologies Co Ltd (03613) slipped 1.10%, Beijing Tong Ren Tang Chinese Medicine Co Ltd (02667) dropped 6.43%, Boya Bio Pharmaceuticals Inc (06955) fell 2.79%, and Kangfeng Bio Ltd (06922) declined 3.50%. Ping An Good Doctor (01833) also fell 0.47% to hit a new low.
Other notable names among the 52-week low list included China Ludao Technology Co Ltd (02128) down 3.16%, Haichang Ocean Park Holdings Ltd (02255) losing 2.17%, AAC Technologies Holdings Inc (02018), and Gold Pony International Ltd (06896) which fell 2.01%. Macau Legend Development Ltd (03380), Melco International Development Ltd (00200), and Naga Corp Ltd (03918) also registered new lows, along with Wynn Macau Ltd (01128) and several other gaming-related stocks.
