Global Digital Creations Holdings Limited (GDC) announced that its Interim Report 2026 is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.gdc-world.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk) as of 21 August 2026.

Registered shareholders who have opted for hard-copy communications—or who experience difficulties accessing the online version—can request printed copies free of charge. To do so, they should complete and sign the enclosed Change Request Form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, GDC’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, either by post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong; local postage paid with the enclosed label) or via email at 8271-ecom@vistra.com.

GDC emphasises that shareholders are responsible for providing a valid email address. Without one on record, investors will receive the notice of publication and any future actionable corporate communications only in hard copy until an email address is supplied. To add or update an email address, shareholders should fill in the attached Reply Form and return it through the aforementioned channels.
