Total authorised share capital stood at 8.58 billion shares (par value: RMB 1.00 each), unchanged month-on-month for H shares and lifted by 25.05 million for A shares.

A-SHARE DEVELOPMENTS • Authorised A shares increased by 25.05 million to 6.26 billion. • Issued A shares rose by an identical 25.05 million to 6.26 billion. • Key drivers: – 31.98 million new A shares issued on 6 August under the 2026 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan. – Cancellation of 6.93 million unvested A shares from the 2023 Employee Stock Ownership Plan on 20 August. – Conversion of GWM Convertible Bonds added 435 A shares at RMB 38.74 per share.

H-SHARE MOVEMENTS • Issued H shares declined by 1.39 million to 2.31 billion after a buy-back executed on 28 August at HKD 7.979 per share. • The repurchased shares were transferred to treasury, lifting total H-share treasury stock to 12.82 million. • The company confirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s 5% minimum public-float requirement for H shares.

CONVERTIBLE BOND STATUS • Outstanding principal of the RMB-denominated “GWM Convertible Bond” fell marginally to RMB 3.50 billion following the cancellation of RMB 1,000 face value during a put option exercise. • Post-month-end, 90.22 million A shares remain issuable upon full conversion of the bonds.

CAPITAL SUMMARY AT 31 AUGUST 2026 • Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury): 8.57 billion (6.26 billion A; 2.31 billion H). • Treasury shares: 12.82 million H shares; no A-share treasury stock.
