BRC Asia Limited announced that it is actively assessing opportunities to diversify into the artificial intelligence (AI) value chain.

The Group is evaluating projects related to data centres, advanced semiconductors, cloud and graphics-processing capabilities, and efficient storage systems—all aimed at supporting large-scale AI infrastructure.

To facilitate the strategic review, BRC Asia has appointed Deloitte Singapore as adviser, alongside law firms Rajah & Tann Singapore and Christopher Lee & Ong.

The company said it will update shareholders on any material developments via SGXNet and will seek shareholder approval for potential diversification moves when required. It cautioned that there is no certainty any transaction or project will proceed and advised investors to exercise caution when dealing in its shares.

The announcement was released on Sep, 01 2026.
