Edding Genor Group Holdings Limited has disclosed two parallel equity-support actions set to begin on 31 August 2026:

1. Chairman’s Share Increasing Plan • Chairman and CEO Mr. Ni Xin will purchase up to USD1.00 million of Edding Genor shares on the open market using personal funds. • The initiative reflects the Chairman’s confidence in the Group’s long-term prospects. • The Board confirms that, even after completion of these purchases, the company will maintain the required public float.

2. Company Share Repurchase under Existing Mandate • Following the close of the interim-results blackout period on 28 August 2026, the Board will commence share buybacks authorised at the 2026 AGM. • Repurchased shares may be allocated to employee incentive schemes, market-capitalisation management or other purposes considered beneficial to operations.

Both transactions will adhere to Hong Kong Listing Rules, applicable regulations and the company’s articles of association. The Board emphasised that execution will depend on prevailing market conditions, with no commitment on timing, volume or price. Shareholders and investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
