China Parenting Network Holdings Limited released a supplemental announcement on 18 June 2026 detailing the outcome of its earlier share placement disclosed on 17 June 2026.
• Share issuance: 4,629,630 new shares were allotted under the company’s general mandate (the “Previous Subscription”).
• Net proceeds: Approximately HK$2.00 million were raised.
• Fund deployment: The entire amount has been applied to settle outstanding professional fees and related expenses of the group.
The board confirmed that all proceeds from the Previous Subscription have now been fully utilised.
